On July 2-5, 2023 «First Trans Eurasian Cooperation Development High Peek Forum of Supply Chain in International New Land-sea Corridor & Freight Forwarding Fair» was held in Chongquin (China). It was organized by the International Coordinating Council on Trans-Eurasian Transportation (CCTT) together with China International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFA) and ASEAN Federation of Forwarders Associations (AFFA) with the support of the Chongquin Government.
The Forum was attended by over 350 participants - representatives of government organizations and business communities of China, Asia-Pacific and ASEAN countries, and transport and logistics companies - members of the CCTT.
The Business program of the forum included presentations of transport products and container services for cargo transportation in China - Europe – China route: fast routes, guaranteed services, expansion of cargo range, digital solutions. The participants discussed the following topics: electronic trading platforms in multimodal logistics, digital and informational transport and logistics platforms and portals, development of e-commerce, improvement of logistics operations and balance of cargo flows.
The participants of the forum, organized under the auspices of the CCTT in China, unanimously noted that such events would contribute to the development of business cooperation and partnerships increasing the volume and expanding the geography of container traffic through the trans-Eurasian routes.
